Larry M. Black is a firm believer in empowering collaboration and progress through sound leadership, and he has put his beliefs to work over his more than 46 years as a licensed California REALTOR®. Over the course of his career, he has handled complete real estate portfolios, including home sales, land, commercial, and a range of investment properties. Larry is currently a co-owner/broker at Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate/The Heritage Group in Chino Hills, CA.
Larry has not only committed himself to his agents and clients but to the real estate Industry as a whole. He has served and chaired on numerous real estate industry committees to help to develop policy for the Tri-Counties Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, and several state and local government agencies. Some of his recent appointments include the C.A.R. Industry Information & Membership Services Committee Liaison in 2024, C.A.R. Chair of the Federal Committee in 2023, and the NAR Conventional Finance & Policy Committee in 2018. Larry has led the charge for working groups who evaluated and developed policy on issues including GSE reform, student loan debt, mortgage backed securities, and serves on the only MLS venture capital firm that works to give real estate professionals a voice through strategic investments on real estate technology products and services. Today, Larry is a proud candidate for 2026-2027 Treasurer of the California Association of REALTORS®.
